Airflow is simulated through CAD design and analysis. A shape has been adopted that supplies an even and maximum amount of air to each cylinder. Its performance has been confirmed by flow bench testing.

The dedicated design has been derived to find the optimal shape for combination with the genuine throttle, and the capacity is set mainly for vehicles with upgraded turbos. The benefits of revised capacity and increased efficiency result in performance that overwhelmingly surpasses the genuine part, and are very effective in increasing power and torque.

The intake ports for each cylinder inside the surge tank are funnel-shaped to allow for smooth intake, resulting in a rectifying effect and increased flow velocity.
